Mayor John Hickenlooper switched the switch to turn on the 6,000 lights of the annual holiday display on the streets of Denver. The snow gave an unexplainable feeling that gave a warm welcome to the holiday’s to come. The ceremony was covered by 9 news and it went smoothly with no protest or any other disturbances.
